At the moment I have to catch some sleep. I'm not too familiar with what kinds of logs or information I can give that would lend any clue as to why I have this problem, but I will happily provide them in a couple hours. I have no mods that are injecting FXAA at all, as I don't even have a d3d9.dll file in my Skyrim directory.
When I launch the game normally, through the launcher, the game shows up fine. I've searched this issue, but I couldn't find anything other than people suggesting that I disable FXAA and get rid of any d3d9.dll files left over from ENB, which I have never used. I've been trying to see if my laptop can handle streaming Skyrim, but it seems that for some reason I cannot manage to get the thing to even show up in the Game Capture options whenever I launch the game with the Script Extender.
